This has to be one of the most fun playspots around. Made up of one lake flowing into another
it creates a great wave train about 300 Yards wide and long. This is a great playspot for anyone, it has very simple
waves to some bigger wave/holes at higher water, and if you swim there is nothing to keep you and no rocks to hit.
Although you really want someone to help you get back in your boat once you wash into the lower lake or it will result in
a 45 minute swim to shore.

These first pictures we taken when the water level was around 110,000 CFS. At this level the
eddy to catch behind the island it terrible. If you do catch it there are at least two whirlpool about 50 foot in diameter
that you have to use to get back up to the island. If you don't catch the eddy you have to go to the far river right
shore paddle up the eddy, surf a wave across and paddle hard one you leave the wave so you don't get caught in the whirlpool
and get washed downstream again.

Thes next few pics were taken when the level was about 45,000-50,000 CFS. More waves actually
come in at this level and the eddy service is perfect, no whirlpools and its easy to catch.
